Dentistry done differently

Had a loose tooth and in awful pain. Called surgery and they fitted me in the same day. I saw Colin and he was wonderful. Lovely sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly. Numbed the area perfectly and removed the tooth within seconds. Highly recommend Colin and the surgery.

Im not good with the dentist but Colin was great, I knew he would be from previous experience. Lovely staff all round, won't worry about my next appointment thankyou all.

The friendliness and gentle approach made it very comfortable and relaxing.Ian was very thorough and took great pains to explain the mechanics of my problem, even using diagrams .I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

Helen is a very reassuring hygenist. Explained treatment well and listens carefully. Prefer the old treatment with the polish. Whilst teeth felt clean, they did not feel as great as the old polish treatment. Personal preference. Would like to be offered a choice.

The appointment went very well, and the staff was very polite and positive, and the work that was carried out was done extremely well.

After my routine appointment i decided on the implant procedure, and was then given an appointment to see Dr AJ Haasbroek. Everything was explained and I decided to go ahead.The whole experience was amazing, carried out with efficiency and care from all members of the team I would recommend the implant treatment I received to anyone contemplating the same dental route

It was an extraction of a broken molar which seemed to me to be quite a challenge. Ian explained what he was going to do and the whole operation went outstandingly well in my opinion. I was very well looked after.

Everyone I encountered was professional and approachable. My clinician was calm and friendly and immediately put me at my ease. Pain relief was effective and I was pain free throughout the procedure. The reception team are always helpful and understanding.

Emmanuel Amuesi explained all that he was doing during the check up (including x-rays) and he has a lovely, kind manner with patients - a great addition to the dentist team at the practice!

This was an emergency appointment, I thought perhaps I had a gum infection.Antibiotics were recommended. 3 X- rays were taken. I was perfectly happy with my treatment. Since when the swelling on my face has gone down and the gum is more comfortable.

All the staff and Dentist are always polite, friendly and efficient. It is always a pleasure to be seen at the Surgery. Whatever worries that I have about my teeth, I am made to feel at ease by my Dentist.
